Our Training

Balance Muay Thai offers a range of training options for beginners through to experienced fighters.  Whether you are looking to learn Muay Thai, MMA or BJJ our team of experienced, professional trainers will help you Level Up.

Muay Thai Training

Balance Muay Thai offers a range of training options for beginners through to experienced fighters. Whether you are looking to learn Muay Thai, MMA or BJJ our team of experienced, professional trainers will help you Level Up.Our Muay Thai training team provide two types of training on a daily basis. You can choose either Group Training or Private Training.

Group Training is ran twice a day as follows:

Morning Session: 7:00am – 10:00am

Afternoon Session: 3:30pm – 6:00pm

Private Training Sessions are available on demand and are where you will train one-on-one with one of our experienced trainers.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Thomas is one of the most experienced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coaches on the island. Join him for either Group Training or Private Training and Level Up your ground game. All of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are open to ANY level. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been training for years Thomas will ensure you get the most out of our classes. Group training for BJJ (No Gi) is available as follows: Wednesday Evening: 6:45pm – 08:00pm Private Training Sessions are available on demand and are where you will train one-on-one with Thomas. MMA

Our Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team join forces on a weekly basis to run a MMA training session here at Balance Muay Thai. If you are looking to learn how to combine your striking and grappling skills together our experienced coaches will guide you.All of our MMA classes are open to ANY level. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been training for years our coaches will ensure you get the most out of our classes. Group MMA training is available as follows:

Monday Evening 6:45pm – 08:00pm

Private training sessions are available on demand and are where you will train one-on-one with our MMA trainers.
